2010 World Series Itinerary

Updated 6-29-10.....Final (Hopefully)

July 7:   1:00pm - 2:00pm       Manager's reception & meeting at the Holiday Inn Express Jenks located at 150 Aquarium Drive, Jenks.  Every team must be represented.  Manager's will NOT need to present copies of players birth certificates,  but you must have them with you at all times during the Tournament..  Your official roster will be printed off the USSSA National Website on Tuesday night.  If your roster changes between Tuesday night and Wednesday's meeting, you need to let me know.   Manager and one other coach only....player's do not need to be present. 

                       1:00pm - 2:00pm     Team Mom's reception and meeting at the Holiday Inn Express Jenks..... One mom per team please

                       4:30pm - 5:30pm     Opening Ceremonies - Bentley Sports Complex  - Click here for complete details

                       5:30pm - 7:30pm     Player's Social and Skills Competition at Bentley Sports Complex - Click here for complete details

July 8  :      TBA                     Pool play begins

July 9:         TBA                     Pool play concludes - Bracket play begins

July 10:      TBA                     Bracket play continues

July 11:      TBA                     Bracket play continues  /  Championship Games

                                      Schedules should be posted this Saturday so you can get the exact games time then. 

***Please note:   Depending on the wishes of the remaining final teams, the Championship game times will be decided when we get  to Sunday  ***
