2011 World Series Itinerary

July 13:   1:00pm - 2:00pm       Manager's reception & meeting at the Fairfield Inn & Suites located at 9150 S. 102nd  E. Ave, Tulsa, OK.  Every team must be represented.  Manager's will not  need to present copies of players birth certificates but they must be with you during the entire tournament.  Your official roster will be printed off the USSSA National Website on Tuesday night.  If your roster changes between Tuesday night and Wednesday's meeting, you need to let me know.   Manager and one other coach only....player's do not need to be present. 

                       1:00pm - 2:00pm     Team Mom's reception and meeting at the Fairfield Inn & Suites..... One mom per team please

July 14  :      8:00am                 Pool play begins

July 15:         8:00am                 Pool play concludes

July 17:           9:00am                  Bracket play continues  /  Championship Games
