2011  USSSA WORLD SERIES T-SHIRT ORDER FORM

Teams will have the opportunity to pre-order tournament T-shirts for their players and fans. To guarantee that your team will get tournament T-shirts, you must pre-order. There will be a very limited amount of T-shirts available at the tournament. The World Series shirts are 100% preshrunk heavyweight cotton and will have the teams listed on the back.  Preorders are due July 4th with payment.  Checks will not be cashed until the Tournament begins, but they must be paid for by July 4th to receive the preorder price.
