Congratulations on an outstanding season and welcome to the 2010 USSSA Baseball World Series.  Your Tournament host will be Lynn Gibson from NEO USSSA Baseball.  It will be my goal to create an experience that the players, coaches and families will remember for the rest of their lives.  Your USSSA State Director will enter teams in the appropriate age of play.  The tournament will be played at the Bentley Sports Complex in Bixby, Oklahoma July 7-11, 2010.

The USSSA Baseball program will use the "Pool-Play" format in its World Series.  Teams will be placed in pools where they will play a round robin within their pool.  Teams will then be placed in a double elimination Championship bracket following pool play or a single elimination Consolation bracket.  Teams will be guaranteed 5 games, but the exact format of the tournament, (e.g., number of pools, number of teams in each pool, etc)  will be set by the Tournament Director following USSSA Baseball guidelines and being approved by the USSSA Baseball National Committee after we know exactly how many teams will be participating..

Your teams Official Roster must be entered on-line at www.usssa.com and have your State Directors approval.  Your team's ENTRY FORM, OFFICIAL ROSTER and cashier's check or money order only, for the entry fee MUST BE RECEIVED BY YOUR STATE DIRECTOR by JUNE 22, 2010.  The State Director will then forward this material with your official roster and a letter of transmittal to the  World Series Tournament Office:  NEO USSSA Baseball, 13305 S. 117th E. Pl, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma  74011 to guarantee your spot in the Tournament.  Your entry fee, in the amount of $555 should be made payable to USSSA Baseball.  If you have questions about entering your team, contact the Tournament Director, Lynn Gibson at (918)  369-5017.

THE ROSTER WE RECEIVE MUST BE SIGNED BY YOUR STATE DIRECTOR.  THIS ROSTER MUST BE THE ONE THAT WAS SUBMITTED TO YOUR STATE AND/OR AREA DIRECTOR WHEN YOUR TEAM QUALIFIED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN YOUR TEAMS SUSPENSION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS TOURNAMENT.   PLEASE REVIEW THE USSSA RULES OF CONDUCT!
